WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All volunteers planning to participate with on-field coaching are requested to attend the Coaches Meeting.

WHAT IS THE AGENDA?
We will introduce the Board of Directors and Division Commissioners, provide a general league update, review updated Local Rules, discuss player evaluations and drafts, and break out into divisional groups where you will meet the Commissioner and fellow coaches from within those divisions.

WHEN WILL TEAM MANAGERS BE NOTIFIED?
Nominations for Team Managers will be submitted to the League President and presented to the Board for approval following the Coaches Meeting.  Team Managers are selected based on criteria outlined in the League Bylaws.

HOW ARE ASSISTANT COACHES ASSIGNED?
Team Managers may choose one Assistant Coach to partner with them prior to team formations.  All other approved coaching volunteers will be added to the roster of the team in which their child is rostered.

WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE COACHES MEETING?
If you have an unavoidable conflict and cannot attend the Coaches Meeting, please connect directly with the appropriate Division Commissioner or Coaching Coordinator. Click here for a list of contacts.

VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS & BACKGROUND CHECKS
All individuals who signed up to volunteer during registration have been sent a direct email from [email protected] with a personal link to complete the volunteer application. This process is required each calendar year. You will not be allowed to participate as a volunteer until this is completed and the background check clears.  Division Commissioners have a complete list of volunteers for their division and their volunteer application status.
