Little League Skills Day

LOCATION:
North Mecklenburg Park, 16131 Old Statesville Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF SKILLS DAY?
Player evaluations are an essential component of Little League. Players across all divisions of play (except Tee Ball & Cactus) are evaluated to ensure they are participating in the appropriate division for their age and skill level to promote the healthiest and most robust development environment possible. Additionally, evaluations promote fair and balanced teams throughout each division of play.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND SKILLS DAY?
All Softball players and all Baseball players (Grapefruit division and up) should attend skills day. Tee Ball and Cactus division players are invited to attend Skills Day for JERSEY FITTINGS ONLY, but players in these divisions will not participate in skills evaluations.  Jersey fittings are optional to provide an opportunity to verify the proper jersey size selection for your child. If a player cannot attend jersey fittings during the recommended time period, he/she may come to the park during any other time period specified. If a player is unable to attend, the jersey size selected during registration will be provided.
